PUBLIC SESSIONS

Do you charge for parents to watch?
We do not charge adults to enter the building during our public sessions if they are not skating. ***The only time we charge adults to enter the building is if you are attending a pizza buffet party, or if you are attending a school fundraiser and the school has specified that they would like adults to be charged.

Do you have any activities other than skating?
We now have an indoor playground for kids 55″ and under and a 16 game arcade.

If my kids are coming but they are not going skate, do they still have to pay to get in?
All kids must pay to enter the building. If the child is 55″ or under, they can choose to play on our indoor playground instead of skating.

Do you offer group rates?
We offer special group rates for boy/girl scouts, sports teams, churches, and more.

SKATES

What size skates do you rent?
We offer regular rental skates from a toddler size 6 to a men’s size 15. We also offer inline skates from junior’s size 13 to men’s size 15 and speed skates from junior’s size 1 to men’s size 13.

Can I bring my own skates?

We do allow skaters to bring their own skates, however, they do have to pay the admission fee.

SKATING

Do you rent walkers?
Walkers are available for rent for a $10 initial fee and you receive $5 back when you return it to the front.

PARTIES

Does Skateworld offer private parties?
You can rent the rink anytime that we are not open for our public session. Private Parties must be booked in advance. Since Private Parties book faster than our regular parties, we suggest that you book up to a month in advance to get the day and time that you prefer, but sometimes we will still have availability the week of the party.

How far in advance do I need to make party reservations?
We recommend that you book at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure you get the time and day that you need but we will take reservations up until the day before the party (space permitting). For private parties, we recommend you book at least a month in advance due to limited space.

How early can I come to set up for my party?
We allow you to have your tables 15 minutes before your party time. However, if you have a party scheduled for the time we open, we will only be able to grant early entrance if we do not have a private party scheduled.

FOOD

Do you sell food?
We have a snack bar full of food including our delicious pizza, fried foods, nachos, chips, candy bars, and more. Go to our Info tab and click on “Snack Bar Pricing” for more information and pricing.

Can I bring in food from the outside?
The only time we allow outside food/drinks is if you bring a cake to your birthday party you have scheduled with us.

MISCELLANEOUS

Do you sell Gift Cards?
We sell gift cards year round.

Do you have Wifi?
We offer free wifi.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard. No checks please (unless you’re with a school or daycare)
