As technology and automation continue to bring the country and the world into the future, it has never been more important to give our youth the advantages that learning science, technology, engineering and math can offer. Recently, though, the United States has fallen off in science and math with a ranking of 27th in the world. Because of this slide, our education system has decided to step it up with STEM.
At Skate World in Deer Park, Texas, we couldn’t be prouder to be part of the STEM program. Using skating to showcase STEM curriculum lessons is super cool and we can’t wait to keep it going. This November 8th is National STEM Day and you better believe we’ll be celebrating at Skate World.
